• 💼 Information from Slack: We receive information from Slack, including your Slack User ID, workspace information, and channel names.
• 💬 Content: We retrieve the content of your conversations with CaiBot from Slack, which can include both messages you send to CaiBot and responses from CaiBot. We do not store these conversations.
• 📄 PDF Files: If you upload a PDF file to CaiBot, it is stored in your Slack channel. We do not store this file. It is loaded into memory to create a knowledgebase for the AI model.

How We Use Your Information

We use your information to provide and improve the CaiBot service. This includes using your information to respond to your requests and provide user support, understand and improve our products, conduct research and analysis.

Disclosure of Your Information

Security

However, the transmission of information via the internet is not completely secure and we cannot guarantee the security of your personal information transmitted to CaiBot. Any information we store is kept in AWS Secrets Manager, which provides robust security measures.
